Food is good. View from room is awesome.

Property location is not at good place, be careful if you have flight to catch. You have use 60 to 100 stairs to reach to your room. It felt like we were trekking for breakfast and dinner due to these stairs. Food quality and taste is good but not value for the money. Prices are hyped. (they charge 10% service charge for room service order and 5% for restaurant orders ) You can deny payment of service charges.

Breakfast is chaotic, tables ain’t available , staff shortage and hence nothing is served on time/ or served at all. Worst breakfast experience I ever had Geyser takes ages to warm water and after one person takes shower other has to wait for an hour. They don’t serve egg in room after breakfast. No network in the rooms and hence hotel WiFi is needed to which they charge quite an amount but WiFi dosent work most of the time. Extremely dissatisfied with all the above .

Housekeeping staff and room service staff and restaurant staff was very courteous... Appreciate their hospitality.

Staff was not very friendly at the reception....my friends had booked 3 rooms a day prior and had informed the hotel staff Shakti that we would be checking in the next day so pls keep a room blocked for us...which did not happen...instead we were told on our face that the hotel was sold out. Since our friends were staying in the same hotel we checked online for availability and luckily got the same. It was a bad start of our Vacation though

I like only the mountain view from hotel, that's it.

No bathroom sleepers No toothbrush and paste, I got only.when I asked. No Mobile internet, no phone Network. Hotel Internet is also not working and it's chargable. Please don't pay for it. My driver called me in night for morning pickup but due to no mobile network, he did not come as he didn't get any confirmation from me.

So much! The staff is amazing to say the least The spa is wonderful So many activities to do These people have a big heart and make your stay so pleasant. The views from the room were amazing!

The dinner service on Valentine's day was a bit late. I usually eat by 8pm and ended up getting served only by 10pm. Charging for WiFi at a resort in this day and age is borderline criminal, very disappointing.

We liked the amazing views and the wonderful staff especially Harikishan and Pyare. They both were very friendly and approachable. They looked after our needs very well.

We liked everything however the lack of wifi services was not ideal especially since cellphone connection was poor.

Awesome location. Very good people who serve you. For 170$ it could be value for money for a privilege suite but all of the above spoils it.

1. Why does a 4 star property have a water heater that gives 1 bucket of hot water only after waiting 30min? After that you need to wait again for 30 min before you can get a bucket. 2. How come a 4 star hotel cannot supply a toast with scrambled eggs at 1245pm? We aren't asking for Xmas Turkey here right? This is not the meaning of hospitality right? 3. How come a 4 star property charges for wifi in the room? First time in my 15 years of hotel stay I am seeing this. 4. How come a 4 star property doesn't have some sort of a buggy facility when the blocks are all downhill? From the last block one has to climb 90 or so steps to get up to the reception. What if someone is sick? How about old people? 5. How come the food does not cater to an international audience? Doesn't even have a South Indian fare in the menu and whatever is there is all oily and heavy. 6. How come the hotel blamed booking.com for the INR 2300 new dinner that is chargeable mandatory to anyone who books during that period? While the booking is done, it doesn't alert the customer that this is mandatory additional payment. It is quite shady that the statement "new year gala dinner charges are excluded" appears in fine print way below the booking email you get. 7. How come such a well known 4 star hotel has plaster coming off its walls that sticks out like a sore thumb while one approaches the hotel from the valley behind?

Good breakfast spread, neat and well maintained property, welcoming and helpful staff.

Overall feel of the place is very commercial with an intent to make money, slightly intrusive staff. WiFi also not offered complimentary to say the least

Property is at the extreme corner of a mountain range and the travel for worth it. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, especially in the evening when the sun was setting.

Amazing mountain view from resort, great location since it is top of a cliff, great food options for breakfast, good service and tasty food to eat, lots of outdoor activities for kids.

Connectivity to the property is very narrow thus it is very hard for people who are going with self drive option. Rest there is no regret and it is complete value for money. Food rates are on higher side. :-)
